• Handling, Monitoring and Coordinating the end to end Recruitment Process Cycle.
• Source candidates through various mechanisms (internet job sites, referrals, research, relationships, associates, head hunting etc.).
• Maintaining Tracking Sheets of all the Prospective Candidates.
• Screening, short listing, scheduling Interviews, follow ups - up to closure.
• Will be responsible for handling full life cycle of recruitment for NON IT requirements for internal recruitment.
• Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds.
• Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
• Sourcing of Resume from various Job Portals (Monster & naukri.com).
• Actively involved in mapping and headhunting for the niche and senior positions.
